Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Rates calculated at checkout

Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days): Rates calculated at checkout

 

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available — please contact us for details.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at toyshii_@proton.me. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
